Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Specialist to manage HR operations, support employee engagement, and contribute to building a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs.

Assist in developing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

Coordinate payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

Support management in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

years of experience in HR or related roles.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
