We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and referrals.
Present and promote products/services to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending deals to ensure successful closure.
Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain updated CRM records.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
